Shipping Policy

At Muno we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Below you will find details about our shipping policy, including delivery times, costs, and other important information.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Shipping Cost: FREE on orders over $200

For orders under $200, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

MunoKid, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, MunoKid, LLC does not ship outside the U.S.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MunoKid, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MunoKid, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries

  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at info@munokid.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
  • Refused Deliveries: Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged for any fees incurred by refused deliveries.
